Payment conditions for Physiotherapy Letzer and Doesema

The payment conditions are part of the treatment agreement between you as a client and the physiotherapist.

Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not canceled or canceled too late will be charged. Payment for the physiotherapy services is made within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period has elapsed, the physical therapist is free to take collection measures without further notice of default. In addition to the invoice, the statutory interest will also be claimed. All costs involved in the collection of declared amounts are borne by the client. You are at all times responsible for the payment of your treatment (s); either your health insurer will reimburse the treatment (s) or you will receive a bill yourself.
